Sberbank announces appointment of HR Block head
December 30, 2019, Moscow — Sberbank announces the appointment of Natalya Dudina as Senior Vice President and Head of the HR Block. Yulia Chupina, Senior Vice President of Sberbank will keep supervising the HR Block and heading the Strategy and Development Block.
Natalya Dudina joined Sberbank team in September 2016. In June 2017 she was appointed as Senior Managing Director for HR Business Partnerships. Since December 2018 she has been Acting Head of the HR Block.
Over the past year the HR Block has kept working on the objectives outlined in the 2020 Strategy, such as: migration of HR services online, creation of career planning instruments and re-training programs for many categories of employees, and improvement of insurance policies for the company’s talent. Due to Sberbank’s pro-active approach, legislators passed amendments to the Labor Code of Russia that unlocked the use of electronic employment record books.

Natalya Dudina graduated from the Omsk State University and holds a PhD in Law. Prior to joining Sberbank she had been part of the judicial system.
