November 22, 2016, Moscow — Sberbank won the Life Quality Award established by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Sberbank won two nominations: “Most Affordable Bank” and “Most Reliable Bank that Fully Meets Its Obligations”.

The award winners were determined by independent opinion polls on the quality of life and financial services. The results covered opinions of more than 7,000 respondents in the largest cities of Russia.

“It is important that the nomination “Most Reliable Bank that Fully Meets Its Obligations” is an accurate reflection of one of the promises we make to our clients within the client-centric model,” said Alexandra Altukhova, Head of the Department for Client Experience Modernization of Sberbank. “It sounds like “100% Reliability/Performance of Obligations”. Therefore, for the Bank it is high recognition by customers in terms of value “Everything for the Customer” and the reason to be proud for our entire team.”

The award is aimed at encouraging financial and other organisations to improve the quality of services provided to consumers, and also municipal administrations to improve the living standards of the population.
