Sberbank and RusHydro sign strategic cooperation agreement

  • Under the agreement, companies set to study together how stakeholders share expertise and technology when working with data, RPA, cloud solutions and AI; strengthen ties in transactions and investment banking by using wide range of products and services Sberbank ecosystem companies can offer.

November 7, 2019, Moscow — Sberbank and RusHydro have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, which was inked by Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank, and Andrey Kazachenkov, First Deputy Director General of RysHydro.

On top of their partnership in transactions and investment banking, which are traditional for this type of agreements, the parties are set to study how distributed ledger solutions are being managed, study RPA platforms, AI cloud solutions and AI technology, and might organize training courses in innovative development and technologies together.

To RusHydro employees Sberbank is going to offer deals on the services Sberbank Group companies provide, like bank cards, easy credit terms, insurance programs and shopping discounts.
