  • You can upload your data from Public Services instead of providing paper documents to take out a mortgage
  • At the first stage, the service will be available for users of DomClick, Sberbank’s online platform to search and buy real estate

May 20, 2020, Moscow — Sberbank has launched the Digital Profile tool to enable customers to save time while providing paper documents by uploading their data to the Public Services Portal when applying for a mortgage. At the moment, the service is available for users of the DomClick website.

The process is similar to the popular Social/Search login function. It will let customers not provide some paper documents to the bank, while the bank will receive confirmed data from state agencies. At the first stage, the service will be available for users of DomClick, Sberbank’s online platform to search and buy real estate.

Digital Profile unites information about citizens and companies available via the systems of state agencies, which provides for their authentication and secure data exchange. The tool is integrated into the Public Services Portal.

Pyotr Dneprovsky, Acting Director of State Products and Services, Sberbank,

“Sberbank actively develops and integrates innovative technology in its business processes that make provision of financial services much easier. The integration of Digital Profile – created as part of the joint project by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and Central Bank of Russia – into Sberbank projects will enable us to make a new step toward the development of remote services we offer citizens, which is especially relevant today.”
