Delovaya Sreda is a subsidiary of Sber created for the purpose of developing small and medium businesses. The Company’s mission is to develop entrepreneurship.

● Knowledge and service platform for businesses — a library of up-to-date articles, courses, videos, trajectories and services for a successful start and development of a business

● Delovaya Sreda Premium — the first educational subscription-based service for entrepreneurs.

● Service for remote registration of a business and account opening — the first service in Russia that lets users register as individual entrepreneurs or LLCs with a single founder and open an account with Sber fully remotely.

● Novoye Edinoe Okno — a multi-functional service for effective work with partners. Integrated with Sber’s systems.

● 120 seconds — a series of online microlearning courses developed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs.

● Regional business school — educational events for regional entrepreneurs.

● Public administration school — education program for public officials responsible for entrepreneurship support.

● Business events for entrepreneurs — Svoe Delo forum and Delo Govoryat online workshop.

Synergies within the ecosystem

  • Delovaya Sreda is a source of new customers for the bank. Customers open accounts with Sber with the help of the RBiDOS service.
  • In cooperation with Sber, Delovaya Sreda develops the Partnership Program project. It organizes all business processes and develops IT solutions in order to increase the efficiency of its partners (RBiDOS and Novoye Edinoe Okno services).
  • Hosting business events (the Svoye Delo forums and the online Delo Govoryat hands-on course) for Sber’s customers among small and micro businesses.
  • Platform solutions (PaaS) - provides Delovaya Sreda’s infrastructure and IT solutions for the bank do reinforce its projects.

Development plans

    Develop the subscription model for the dasreda.ru platform. Transfer customers to the consumption of paid content, develop the project monetization, adapt the interface in order to achieve better user experience, expand the formats of knowledge.

    Launch a service that lets individual entrepreneurs close their business. It lets individual entrepreneurs close their business online through the digital signature service.

    Create the Kooperativ 2.0 project - a digital service for modern cooperation. It will allow for the automation of the internal processes of cooperatives, make the document flow fully digital and aggregates online communication channels.

    Organize an online club for MMB entrepreneurs: a closed business club for MMB customers, where Sber customers can communicate and get advice and guidelines on running a business from other entrepreneurs from around the country.
