Sberbank Code of Corporate Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the Ethics Code, the Code) contains the standards of behaviour existing within the Bank which are based on our mission and values ensuring an honest and fair attitude to the members of our team, customers, partners, as well as compliance with laws and internal policies. The Ethics Code is meant for each member of the team: for all the Bank’s employees regardless of the position and the members of the Supervisory Board. The Code sets out the standards of business ethics and behaviour for all companies of Sberbank Group regardless of their location. We welcome and encourage partners, counterparties and customers of Sberbank who follow the ethical standards adopted in the Bank.
